Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has taken the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 by storm, unveiling three groundbreaking electric vehicles (EVs): HMIL made a major splash at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in New Delhi by presenting three innovative electric vehicles called the Hyundai Staria, Ioniq 9, and Creta Electric. Through their dedication to sustainable mobility solutions and advanced technological innovations, Hyundai electric vehicles redefine industry standards within India’s automotive sector.

A Star Entry – The Hyundai Staria

The futuristic Hyundai Staria started the expo as a sleek MPV that integrates both innovation and practicality. The Hyundai Staria stands tall like a van while using the versatile Hyundai-Kia N3 platform to feature eye-catching design components including vertical LED headlights, a full-width LED DRL strip, and Parametric Pixel tail lamps.

Step inside, and the Staria doesn’t disappoint. The Staria incorporates tech-forward elements through its 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system while offering ambient lighting and second-row seats with “relaxation mode” for comfort.

Creta Electric – The Showstopper

The global debut of the Hyundai Creta Electric became the main attraction at the expo. The Creta Electric brings together the classic design of its ICE model with modern EV styling elements including a Pixelated Graphic Grille and sleek LED tail lamps along with an integrated charging port.

The Creta Electric features powertrain options utilising either a 51 kWh or 42 kWh battery and delivers driving ranges of 473 km and 390 km respectively. With the larger battery option, the Hyundai Creta Electric reaches 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds while producing 169 bhp. Through its first locally produced electric vehicle Hyundai shows dedication toward India’s sustainable transportation objectives.

The Creta Electric vehicle transforms India’s road to sustainable transportation beyond just being an electric vehicle.

The Creta Electric presents four trim options including Smart, Executive, Excellence, and Premium which establishes Hyundai’s leadership position in India’s competitive EV market.

The Bharat Mobility Global Expo offered more than just product unveilings. The Hyundai pavilion featured designated areas such as the Electric Mobility Zone and the Alternate Fuel Arena which highlighted the automaker’s commitment to sustainable solutions. The Hyundai NEXO demonstration alongside interactive Live AI Art and ADAS simulator experiences served as notable attractions.
